For a select group of ultra precision bearing manufacturers there is a need for high specification instruments with the ability to measure roughness, waviness and contour on curved surfaces.

Taylor Hobson now offers two systems suitable for ultra high performance applications; Form Talysurf PGI 830 for small to large components and Form Talysurf PGI 1230 with capacity for extremely large bearing elements.
